Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return or refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or used excessively may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. However, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, True Glow Labs will cover all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a maximum of 3 business days.
